Lake Winnie Rules & Policies
Lake Winnepesaukah is a family amusement park that prides itself on providing a safe, wholesome atmosphere. All guests are required to follow Park Policies during their visit.
• Upon entering the Park, all guests are subject to bag searches.
• Knives, guns, and/or weapons of any kind are not permitted into the Park or on Lake Winnepesaukah property.
• All guests under 16 must be accompanied by a guest age 16 or older, or they must be a member of a chaperoned group.
• Alcoholic beverages and glass containers are not permitted on Lake Winnepesaukah property.
• Outside catering, fast food, or other commercially prepared food of any type is NOT permitted.
• Coolers with homemade picnic lunches are welcome in the Amusement Park. All coolers must remain in the Picnic Grounds.
• The Picnic Grounds is shared space. Picnic Pavilions and tables are first-come, first-served unless otherwise posted.
• Grills, grilling, or any kind of food preparation is not allowed on the premises.
• Crock Pots, slow cookers, warming trays, or anything that produces heat or has an open flame is not permitted.
• Guests must remain fully clothed at all times. Shirts, bottoms, and shoes are required during your visit. Closed-toe shoes are required for some rides.
• Designated smoking areas can be found throughout the Park. Smoking is only permitted in these designated areas. This includes e-cigarettes and vapes.
• Cutting in line, saving spaces, and line jumping are not allowed. Guests found doing so will be asked to return to the back of the line.
• Guests should avoid bringing selfie sticks, pets, radios, scooters, skates, or skateboards. Lake Winnepesaukah also prohibits drones or unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) on or above park property.
• All guests ages 1 and older will receive a hand stamp upon purchasing a Ride Pass and entering through the Front Gates. Guests may leave and re-enter the Park the same day with a visible hand stamp.
Separated Parties
All lost children (or parents) should go to the nearest uniformed Park Security Officer or the Information Window. In-park paging is not done for separated parties.
Inclement Weather
For the safety and convenience all guests, Lake Winnepesaukah has access to comprehensive regional forecasts. Some rides and attractions will close temporarily during electrical storms, heavy rains, high winds or other severe weather conditions. As soon as conditions permit safe operation, these rides or attractions will re-open. Lake Winnepesaukah does not issue rainchecks or refunds.

- Lake Winnepesaukah accepts: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and cash. Lake Winnepesaukah does not accept personal checks.
SOAKya Rules & Policies
• Appropriate swimsuits are required for all guests.
• Thongs, G-strings, denim shorts, underwear (bras and panties), hard metals (belt buckles, metal rivets, etc.), street clothes, and long flowing clothing are NOT permitted in SOAKya! Water Park.
• Management reserves the right to determine if swimwear is appropriate.
• All guests in diapers must wear a swim diaper in order to enter the water.
• Parents are ultimately responsible for their children.
• Street shoes, goggles, masks, and fins are not permitted in the water or on slides.
• Glasses and sunglasses must be secured with a head strap while in the water or on slides.
• Personal flotation devices are NOT PERMITTED.
• Coolers, outside food, glass containers, lawn chairs, and games are NOT PERMITTED.
• Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in SOAKya! Water Park.
• When re-entering Lake Winnepesaukah, all guests must be fully clothed, including shirts, bottoms, and shoes.
• Prosthetics are permitted on rides under the following conditions:
• Riders must be able to safely enter and exit the rides.
• Riders must be able to assume the prescribed riding position.
• The prosthetic must not pose a danger to the guest, other riders, ride vehicles, or ride surfaces.
• Prosthetic devices must not have exposed metal or rough edges. Guests may wrap or remove prosthetics if needed to meet safety requirements.
